No way. Not a chance Mr. I would (wouldve) bring that guy in. (The rest of your bullpen, yeah, they certainly wouldn't hurt.)
I could see Dombrowski making inquiries. But he can't bring in a bullpen contract like that without ownership being in complete agreement.

Sounds to me like the Tigers could use Phils crafty LHP reliever Bastardo, a guy dying for a change of scenery.
