Do You Drink Soda?

I am going to sound like a metrosexual hipster, but I quit carbonated soda two weeks ago in a drive to shed a few pounds and I have never felt better. Very well could be that I'm drinking more water now instead, but after drinking 1-2 soda's a day I'm already down 3 pounds in just 10 days. I've done nothing but cut out cokes. Still drink coffee.

I still drink soda on Saturdays but it's water all other times. I'm down 21 pounds in 5 weeks. It really makes a difference.

as soon as the soda companies learned that they could sell just the water for the price of the soda, well, more because I cant buy a 2 liter bottle of water for .99, it became unhealthy.

What made soda really unhealthy is the damned fake sweeteners.

The Iraq war have soldiers that they swore were suffering from chemical attacks. It was a chemical attack, Aspartamine turns to poison at 140 degrees. They unloaded that diet shit and let it sit out in the desert in aluminum cans. Does not matter if you cool it, its still poison.

I wont be surprised if eventually the government forced corn syrup sweeteners ends up with a class action lawsuit.

It's rare that I do. My 6-year-old nephew does. Along with his mom and my brother. I wish they didn't. Especially my nephew.

Very Very rarely. I lost about 15 pounds just from not drinking pop any more. When I do splurge and have one it's a:
