I'm not a lawyer but i have watched several actors play them on TV.
I think that this lawsuit might get the deal done. Neither side knows for sure who will win. If the NHL wins then the PA loses leverage and money. If the PA wins then the reverse is true. Neither side wants a coin flip. They will get together and make a deal before a judge decides it for them.

My In-laws, finally accepting of the fact that my boy has no interest in football, especially the Ravens, have decided to relent and want to buy him a jersey of his favorite hockey player.

He said Brady Hjelle (OSU Goalie) or Chris Crane (OSU #33 who he met at practice and wears the same number).

Point 1: Fuck you NHL, fans move on.
Point 2: My Inlaws are going to attempt to get a customized college hockey jersey in Baltimore.

I read a lot of it and here's what I know... I never took a class on anti-trust law and know almost nothing about it.

It's a very nicely written document and if the elements of law are as they describe, they have a good case. But again, I don't know if the elements they are describing are accurate or not. Sorry.
