I Know common thought is KC gone after 2018 if he s tagged this year but I disagree . Sure you arent giving him a 34,mil franchise tag but the transition tag is for a much more palatable 28 mil . If I am going to pay my QB huge money I have to be dam sure he gives me no doubts on making him my face of the franchise. KC has proved nothing to warrant that he can be elite. Does not deserve this type of money. If he got us in the playoffs and WON a playoff game then that puts him in a different category. He is asking to be paid like a proven winner who can get his team into the playoff every year. That is far from the case.

Tyrod Taylor got a total of $67M guaranteed if you look at the contract. But the BIlls did leave themselves an out in the deal. If Tyrod isnt on the roster at the beginning of the 2017 league year, $30M of that Guarantee goes away.
