Fans didn’t vote on that.
Oh, I want the fans to vote because that’s where the revenue of the nfl comes from. The customer should have a say in how the game they enjoy watching changes over time. I think the tush push should be banned, but I think all of the fans who care should have a say.

I think this is the ultimate badge of honor for the Eagles. Beyond winning a ring.

You have butthurt teams trying to ban a play every single team can run but only one team seems to run exceptionally well. Not a single example of an injury resulting from the play. Examples of some good defensive coordinators like Spags apparently neutralizing it.

But...cue the outrage! I am starting to see how the Pats fans must have felt when people attacked their dynasty over stupid fake issues.

What's next, banning Saquon from running for 50 yard TD's since that couldn't be stopped?

I think Saquon has more to do with those TD's than Hurts does with the tush push. I was never a big fan of being able to just grab a guy and push him forward.

Looks like the Packers are not finding support in their push to ban the Tush Push.

Time to work on that Love Shove!

I think it will be banned or more likely IMO altered in some way. It's not football. I also don't think OL should be able to run into a pile down field and start pushing it when they weren't even engaged with any player in that pile in the first place. Ultimately it isn't going to matter from an Eagles perspective. The majority of the success of that play has little to do with the players pushing from behind. It's mostly the OL, then Hurts and then a small amount is due to the guys pushing and that is the part every other team can replicate. No other team has the Eagles OL and probably only half a dozen have a QB that can run it like Hurts. So they will still be the best QB sneak team in the league by a wide margin.

If it’s banned it becomes legend. It will go down in history as a play that was banned only because one team was so good at it the only way to stop it is to ban it.

For me, the problem isn't as much with the QB sneak, but with the scrums that push RBs forward to extend plays.

It was illegal for a long time and reinstated for some reason. Nothing legend about it. Eagles don't need to push Hurts, he's good enough (as is the line) at the sneak without that.

Immaterial. If they ban the play now, if they alter the existing rule, they will only be doing so because the Philadelphia Eagles crafted the perfect short conversion play. That can’t be argued. And that’s the stuff of legends.

Didn't the league a few years allow pushing a ball carrier if they play had not been whistled dead? Just revoke that rule.

If it’s banned again, it’ll go down as the eagles getting it reinstated to cheat the rest of the nfl.
