in some ways a twitter account in the hands of a sports professional is like a loaded gun in the hands of a child. If they both play with it long enough it will go off and hurt someone, especially themselves.

If the offer on the table for Dez is $114m/10yrs with $20m guaranteed and only averages 10m per year over the first 6 years, I am not surprised there is an impasse. That deal is low balling the shit out of Dez. Dallas put a huge dollar amount and a large number of years to pretty up the appearance of the deal, but that is an extremely team friendly contract. Not sure if that is the actual offer, but if so, that was never going to get it done - not even close.

Dez was at practice today. No he didn't participate just talked to his teammates and coaches. Maybe I'm wrong but don't most players who threaten to hold out skip practice completely? I think Dez is chomping at the bit to get on the field.
