No Vanek or Leino tonight the goalies will probably be Marty vs Miller.

Sabres are 5-3-2 in their last ten and the Devils are 2-5-3 in their last ten.

I know buddy. From what I've been able to see they have looked good as of late but I know you want the higher pick. I doubt they would do anything in the playoffs anyway.

I really think the Sabres will deal Vanek in the off-season, but they need to keep Miller on this team.

Miller IS the Sabres.

They need to convince him that this team can turn around and compete SOON though for him to want to even stay.

I would like to see them keep Vanek too. He's a sniper and they don't come along very often. Maybe if they get him some help where he wasn't taking a pounding he wouldn't get hurt so much. I think that's part of the problem the other teams key on him so much.
It would be great if Grigs comes along like I think he will.

Yeah, but Vanek has already publicly criticized the direction the Sabres are going, and he said he doesn't want to be on this team if they are going to rebuild.

There is a reason why he's never worn the C on his sweater, and the Sabres don't need a player who's a cancer on the team getting paid over 7 million a year.

Best to deal him now and get some more draft picks. This year's draft is DEEP with talent.

Hi Boss! IPW - as for Vanek, he said as long as it's doesn;t take long, so I would imagine 2 yr turn around and he'd be fine. I would be it depends on how they do in the offseason which would dictate a request to be traded or not
