Hi Boss! IPW - as for Vanek, he said as long as it's doesn;t take long, so I would imagine 2 yr turn around and he'd be fine. I would be it depends on how they do in the offseason which would dictate a request to be traded or not

Yeah with FA and all their picks they could turn it around pretty fast. But I heard what you did Minty, he said he doesn't want to go if he feels they are headed in the right direction.

Vanek made it clear earlier this week that he wasn’t all that interested in spending the next couple of years babysitting. It doesn’t sound like he feels any more comfortable with the idea after yesterday’s deal.

Sadly I have..I ahve no idea what is wrong with them this season 2x they were close to 1st, but they are abysmal. There is only 1 home game left of 4/20..Looking forward to that one as I'm going to Chef's beforehand..YUm

I traveled all day so tired tonight. I'm not sure what they will do with the coach yet it may depend on how they finish under RR. I'm not a big fan of Darcy's but he seems to have the backing from the owner.

What about the Flyers? I can imagine the fans are going nut's there with the problems they've had.

Chef's is a must! The Sabres, when in town on game days go there for lunch. The pasta is great! I recommend it highly

Lol. Our Dmen are dropping like flies. Schenn took a puck to the face the other night and thankfully the puck hit his visor/ helmet near the eye area. Just stitches and he came back. It's been a brutal short season for us. I think we are in a very bad situation. Timmonen is older and has 1 year left on contract. Gervais is what he is and nothing more. Coburn has been aweful. Grossman is good, but is getting beat the crap and is currently injured. Meszaros unfortunately I think is going to have a very short career. He is made of glass. Possible buyouts after the season ends, Bryzy? Briere ( definitely), Meszaros ( very possible). It's tough here in Flyer land. Awaz seems to be the one of the very few optomistic Flyer fans these days.
