I don't mind them losing but the way the are losing is killing me. Basic fundamentals of the game. Fielding.

Never mind losing. You know even the best will come close 70 losses a year. It is the way the Tigers lose that frustrate me.

Ray needs to go away.

Ray will be a decent 5th starter or maybe even better. Bad defense and lack of offense will make any pitcher look bad.

Ray needs time.....the Tigers play like crap behind him.....the rest of the team needs to wake up.....Kinsler is awful and there is no one on in front of Miggy and VMart....

I know everyone hated on AJax and that he would go back to a slump. The offense has went down hill since the trade. He was by no means a catalyst.

I do not get any fuzzy warm feelings seeing Carrera in 2 hole and Hunter in 5 hole. IMO Hunter's free swingin and no patience needs to be 2nd with help of Miggy behind him and JD back in 5 hole.
JD has not done much lately but I will take contact and a chance of something happening over a K errtime Mig & Vmart get on.

Maybe it is just Kinsler slumping throwing the O off kilter.

why send down mercedes. first mlb outing goes 2 innings with no hits, runs or walks. Do we really need to have Coke, hardy and Kroll on the roster. No way i send Mercedes down until he proves he doesn't belong. Coke has proved all season he doesn't belong.

Price is a great pitcher but the trade didn't fix the immediate problem. ...asked before how many every day players ie. hitters ,defense help or bench players....relief help....the team at the start of the season was built to win now....

This team scores less than a soccer team. Mariners scored more today than we did the whole series.

We were slumping before the ajax trade. Been slumping since the AS break. Sure we swept the hapless rockies tho. But its still early.

Thought getting rid of 'piggy' as some called him. You know the guy who blew it in the postseason, even tho he helped GET US THERE was supposed to upgrade our defense. U know. And moving miggy from 3rd since some thought he was the worst. I didnt. But seems like the defense is worse minus fielder and peralta. Not mad we traded fielder. Just mad we didnt add a power hitter to offset his and peraltas power. We added rajai kinsler and nicky c pretty much. And they dont even know how to play small ball. Just watch the angels. They bunt. We still wait around for tori i swing at every first pitch hunter to hit a 3 run homer. Besides u need a good BP to win playing small ball. Hard to win 3-2 when your BP gives up runs every game.

Close to being a disaster of a season. We kept max to miss the playoffs?

Kinsler is hitting .227 since the all-star break.....VMart , Miggy and JD still hitting over .300.....how many times did the 1and 2 guys get on this weekend? ....
