I also think if JV's ego wasnt so huge id love for him to go to BP come postseason ala lincicum. Bring him in to throw heat when needed. But we all know thats not happening.

Quite frankly I wish the Tigers would shake stuff up in the postseason......Go with 3 starters..And put two in the pen for the playoffs.......How about Verlander and Porcello in the pen, I get the rest period but have them go 5 or 6 innings and have Verlander and Porcello rotate and go 3 or 4........Leave the Pen out of close games and use your our SPs as much as we can.
