OK....some one start a "Off-Season" or Tiger Hot Stove thread. I'm bursting with ideas. lol
aar000n posting broken image links is such a knee slapper..
Whatever it's called it's idiotic, and it's a lot older than fantasy baseball.Brahmsian....it is called ''scapegoating''. Or, for some, it is that old saying "the grass is always greener.....". With the advent of so much Fantasy Baseball....every fan thinks they can manage an MLB team better than the men that do. Sadly, most of them have a hard enough time 'managing' their bowel movements.
Good luck to the Sox against the Cardinals.
kengel16, Leland's led your team to 2 World Series in 7 years, just missed doing it again this season, and you want to fire him?
IDIOT!
Big decisions coming up for the Tigers. Trade Scherzer now????? Do they resign Benoit or give the closers' job to Rondon? Or do they get another closer via trade or free agency? Infante? Resign him or look elsewhere? Left field question...Costellanos or who??? And of course the Leyland question. Will the Tigers use him as a scapegoat and not offer him a contract?
Leyland is not to blame for our Red Sox being better fielders than your players.
Your front office and scouting staff may need some new faces, but Leyland did the best
he could with what he had, and got his team closer to the WS than it had any business being.
You should be thanking him for that, not talking about firing him!

It's Leyland. He's widely considered to be among the worst managers in the league for a reason.
