Really proud of the wings response in this one. Beat game of the playoffs. Outplayed the hawks from start to finish

Crawford is by far the hawks weakest link. Wings need to continue to put pucks on the net at every chance

It really helps the wings that the hawks aren't physical at all. Wings Defenseman can go in the corners to retireve pucks without worrying about getting pounded by the forwards and thus they aren't having to rush the pass to get out of the way of the hit. Complete opposite in the ducks series

The Wings also did one of their better games in the neutral zone than they have all season against the Hawks. That's an area where, if Chicago takes control of the play for most of the game, their best players will be the most successful. Also, as I moted before, when you shut down Hossa's creativity, and, at least minimize what Toews can contribute, the Hawks' game is tethered significantly. We don't have anough personnell to ensnare everyone of their players, but it showed that when you limit what those tqo can provide, you severely limit the Hawks production.
