Looks like he skated so far.
From the Lincoln Journal Star:
Alfonzo Dennard went to court Wednesday for the first time since a Lincoln police officer stopped him on suspicion of driving drunk.
The former Husker and current New England Patriots cornerback appeared a week earlier than originally set for arraignment on an allegation he violated probation.
His attorney, Terry Dougherty, asked for a date for a preliminary hearing and sought to clarify that Dennard still could travel out of the state, as he did before.
District Judge Robert Otte said the probation conditions Dennard had before still apply.
The Patriots are to begin their training camp Friday in Foxboro, Mass.
In April, District Judge Stephanie Stacy sentenced Dennard to two years' probation for assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest in downtown Lincoln in 2012, the weekend before he was drafted into the NFL.
Earlier this month, the Lancaster County Attorney's Office filed a motion seeking to revoke it based on the new allegation.
On July 11, Lincoln police say a sergeant pulled over Dennard, 23, as he drove west on Normal Boulevard in a 2011 Honda Accord just before 2 a.m. near 52nd Street.
He was arrested on suspicion of DUI, refusing a chemical test and straddling lanes.
Police say Dennard was taken to detox, where he blew too softly during an alcohol breath test.
Outside the courtroom after the brief hearing Wednesday, Dennard and Dougherty both declined to comment.
He should be at camp.
