No but I'd use that No.1 to trade down a slot and still draft Chase Young. Chase Young or drop down, imo.

LT Thomas is another option but he's not top 5 and neither is Okuda as the latter hesitates to provide much in run support. 3x last night Okuda half-assed attempted a tackle to bring down Jonathan Taylor.

Burrow stated in an interview earlier this year that the biggest change and development to his game from last year to this year has been him in shotgun 90% of the time. It gives him more time to read the field and go through his progressions. He clearly stated being under center the majority of time last year minimizes his ability.

As much of a critic I've been of Stafford I believe he still has some left in the tank. I'd wait on drafting a QB at this point for 2-3 years.

Lions-Vikings final injury report: Da’Shawn Hand ruled out

Hand has now missed all but three games this season, and going back to last year, he has missed 13 out his past 16 games.

In addition, rookie defensive Austin Bryant is doubtful. Bryant recently was taken off injured reserve but is now dealing a hip injury that popped up during practice this week.

For the Vikings, wide receiver Adam Thielen is doubtful as he continues to recover from his hamstring injury. He did not practice all week. Additionally, left tackle Riley Reiff is questionable with a concussion. He did return to practice on Friday after missing the first two days, but it will may be challenging to work his way through concussion protocol before Sunday’s kickoff between the two teams.

I'm very concerned about his back injury too but I wouldn't trust this coaching staff, not even Bevel, with a new QB. Coaches are too set in their old ways and don't conform to being adaptable to designing plays for these young QB's that they're comfortable with. (Obviously Reid/Mahomes, Jackson/Ravens OC, Watson/O'Brien situations are unique and not the norm, imo).

Definitely agree here and especially at the top if Young is available but later on in the draft we still need an OT, WR and another RB if Kerryon isn't going to be healthy. It doesn't mean that WR/RB are a need early on and quite possibly could be looked at for drafting in 5th/6th rounds. idk.
