Good article. Doesn't seem like much of a question to me. What Bengal fan would be against it? We have cap space and we have need. The only possible argument against is that you'd rather spend a draft pick at the position. This D is built for right now -- In fact, with a few additions, the D could really be special. If we were to shore up the safety and linebacker play and be healthy at DB, we might be one of the top 3 defenses in the league. I say do it.

I'd say your right, problem is, we rarely plan for injuries.
That's what gets us down a lot of the time.

BTW -- I'm waiting for the 2014 offseason article from Hobson where he explains that it's not such a big deal that we're losing both Johnson and Dunlap because we're still waiting to 'uncork' Still and Thompson..... someone gets arrested, injured, or becomes out of shape.
no one signs rey M. (because he's horrible)
he comes back as a backup
the starter gets injured
he becomes the starter.
