Rex just seemed to know how to do enough to disrupt the Pats offense. Now he's got a better D in Buffalo so those games will be just as intense. You just know that Buffalo will treat the games against the Pats as their Super Bowl.

Oh he's an excellent defensive coach. I give him all the credit in the world for that. But he seems lost on offense and is pretty bad imo on building a quality TEAM. The players like him obviously but that's usually only seemed to be for 4-5 games a season. Belichick may be a compulsive control freak but it's clearly better than the anything goes philosophy Ryan promoted. Carroll seems to do a better job with that but maybe, maybe not.

Unless they resign Browner, the Pats back playing a zone secondary. They can make it to the AFC Championship, but if they have to face a thrower like Luck or Peyton........they're toast.
