Giants now on pace to go 86-76
They gave time to Schmitt, Matos and Bailey. At this point, they might as well give Ramos some consistent playing time. He's gotten zero consistency in the big leagues and it shows in his numbers. He's earned the chance to play with his hot hitting in AAA and this whole team deserves to sit on the bench more (except for Flores, he needs to start just about every day).Shades of 2011. This team stopped hitting in June, and the "slump" has continued. Or is it really a regression to the norm?
If we are going to continue not scoring, I'd rather see Ramos and others play.
And Kap is no Bochy, his management of the pitchers lately has been awful. Putting Wood into a game, and not a clean inning to start, is begging the baseball deities to throw down a thunderbolt or two.
This team has almost become unwatchable lately. But I keep watching.
And is that Chris Stratton I see in the Rangers' pen tossing three scoreless innings in relief? Seems like he has found a home and a role with the Rangers
One Phuking job.
buncha petulant alts, ya ask me
