They were better keeping granger.

Discussing done
Better how? Granger was a total scrub this year so at best they evened out. Turner is better than an aging, injured Granger...but he went into the tank(minutes wise) after the Stephenson fight

Looks like my posts about Turner traded to Indy was pretty spot on.

He was useless in the playoffs.

Better how?

Before trade Pacers were 41-13. After trade they were 15-13.

Does that explain enough for you? Try to piece shit together for yourself. Maybe the screwed with the chemistry of a good team. Maybe Granger was huge in that locker room being a former face of the franchise and career long pacer. maybe him getting traded sent huge shockwaves through that lockerroom... the record would suggest it.

Seriously, you did not notice this?

:agree: Something happened that sent the Pacers season sideways. Whether it was the actual trade or not, something happened and it happened right around the time of the trade. For the 1st 54 games of the season, the Pacers looked like they were going to steamroll their way to the #1 seed and make good on their "we would have won with HCA last year" talk. Then the trade happens, they barely hold on to the #1 seed and barely make it to the finals.

Maybe it was the trade, maybe not. But the timing sure is curious.

Paul George was still going to get into whatever he got into, Vogel was still going to stick with the same offense, George Hill was still going to be shaky at PG, and Lance Stephenson was going to act up(I mean he already was) even if Granger was still there. In fact, Granger is the one that started all of this Miami heat antagonizing from the start when he kept getting in Lebron's face. All Granger was going to do is steal minutes away.
