He's matured a bunch since his days as a Warrior. I think being on those awful Buck teams got him to realize how important being a good teammate was.

His main knock was he was a ball hog and was always looking for a shot for himself first, if I remember correctly. He seems to share the ball well as a Mav and doesn't take many bad shots that I have seen. I agree he's become an all around better player and certainly more mature

Is it just me or does Parsons seem like he has dead legs? He seems less agile and doesn't really get off the ground much when driving to the hoop. He just looks slower overall also. He used to get to the basket with ease. He has trouble turning the corner now.

He does seem slower, not really in sync and jumper is flat as well. May have conditioning issue but RC says he had an upper respiratory issue tonight and probably shouldn't have played anyway

He did work hard on the defensive end tonight and ran down a couple rebounds. I think he has had a few off nights shooting the basketball, but he will come through most nights as he gets more comfortable

Its not you. He really has not looked good for the most part this year. His shot is short, his defense non existent and has a tough time getting good looks. Hopefully that will change in time.

Dirk was the big difference tonight. When Utah would make a little run Carlisle would stick Dirk back out there and he would hit a couple big shots to get the momentum back. Monte played much better tonight as well which is a huge help. And we kept Utah off the offensive boards which has been a problem for us.
