Never heard of such a thing (TD only)

It's for those who find even fantasy football too much a chore.

"I want to play and compete, but I only want to devote 5 mintues a week to the excersise."

Interesting...still never heard of or seen one of those

Im in a AL-only league in FBB, 12 teams. Very tough b/c the pickings get slim real quick. Power ranked #1 though which is amazing b/c Im sucking canal water in all the mixed-league ones

It's 10 team league and he got brady in the 2nd rd and manning in the 4th, needless to say he wasn't sure if brady was going to play a full season

Manning made it all the way down to the 4th?

Cannot be a good league if you have someone taking Brady in the 2nd than Manning in the 4th unless they plan on trading Manning this week after a record performance.

Is this PanthersPhan from CBS? If so, did you just get out of witness protection?

From the guy who doesnt play fantasy football
Its an easy league to keep score in (its at a local bar and drunks like things easy) but figuring out who will score TDs over a season is actually plenty hard to do
Would be like in baseball trying to figure out which pitcher will get the most wins or who will get most HRs
sure top guys are easy its the break out guys ( scherzer and davis):suds:

I've been in leagues like that where TDs and yards were only counted, yards were only counting in 50 yard increments. It was good for you cheating out of two wins every season

The Red Sox are 27 of their last 27 in stolen bases. Berry's swipe of second base in the ninth inning and Ellsbury stealing second in the 10th inning were perhaps the two biggest plays in the game

Impressive, considering during the Theo regime, they were very anti-steal for the most part, other than that somewhat significant Dave Roberts steal in the 2004 ALCS

Small ball was practically dead during the roid era, why worry about RISP when your 2-7 hitters could go yard at any time

You are right, I do not play fantasy football. The reasons: I do not know as much about football as I do baseball, so, if I don't have a real good handle of the game and players, why play. That, and the once a week roster changing strikes me as boring ( did I mention that I tend to shy away from the easy way out? ). For me and fantasy baseball, it is a 2-3 hours time investment each and every day for 9 months.

That was what I was trying to stay, and what I was speaking to and trying to get across.

If I can find the story I read yesterday, I can put a nice bow on this whole issue.

true, i just remember theo talking about how steals really don't mean much over the course of a year

ironic, since a steal was maybe the one biggest single thing that happened in the 2004 post season for the Sox

that started it all.......and he was only safe by inches, and almost picked off twice before he took off
