Duggar started his rehab yesterday (since its after midnight) and hit a triple and struck out twice.

Bergen, meanwhile, has had mixed results in his rehab games. In 2 games with San Jose, he threw 1 and 2/3 innings of scoreless ball, giving up 2 hits and a walk against 3 Ks. However, in 6 games with Sacramento, he's gone 6 innings, allowed 6 hits and 5 walks, allowed 6 runners to score (5 earned) and struck out 6. His rehab clock started June 7th, so the Giants have to make a decision on him by July 6th (30 days).

I noticed that Chris Shaw is playing 1st base again with Sacramento. He's been playing almost the same amount there as he has in left field since his promotion from Richmond.

Other than the K rate, his numbers don't look good at AAA. Then again, barring Jerez, all the other pitchers on the 40 man look even worse.

Edit: Duggar was optioned to Sacramento after his activation.

Looks like Connor Menez is getting the start tomorrow. I have not seen any corresponding moves. MLBTR says PomPom is getting demoted to the pen, but they don’t mention how Menez will be added to the 25 or 40.

Conner Menez and Zach Green will both be promoted tomorrow. No idea the corresponding moves yet as both will require 40-man moves.

Excited for both. Menez has been putting up huge K numbers since last year, obviously tweaking something with his pitching and it's paid off big time.

Green has massive power and he hits the ball in the air a lot. Good combination. He'll strikeout a lot though. I wonder if Tyler Austin's days are numbered. Green will likely fill in at 3B against lefties, with Pablo starting against righties.
