this is the kind of thing we need to eliminate . finish the play then celebrate or better yet act like you have done it before

now i like baker but we could use more focus and he isnt the main problem

how many times did we see a skins player get a stupid personal foul penalty that cist us a 1st down or getting off the field on 3rd down ?

discipline is needed and we need to get those kinds of guys

Until you have a coach who has a pair nothing will ever change with these idiot players celebrating 1st downs, sacks, catches or just hard hits even after the fact that the other team just got a 1st down or is ahead by 30 points. Everybody wants to win from the owner all the way down to the fan so whadda ya do when a player who you need out there to help you win is acting a fool and embarrassing the organization. This is where the pair I was mentioning comes in handy... if you have any.
