I kept thinking I could find something here that says, 'I see his point.'
But I didn't and I don't.
That MLB insists on all games being played, esp. the contenders, meant they had to wedge in that game on Thursday.
Ended up overmanaging by forcing his closer to bat in the 9th only up by one run. Maddon and other whiners would be better served by not ... um ... whining. Oh, that extra "rest" is a joke. Ballplayers are creatures of habit.
