Coyotes return to Winnipeg

I'm surprised there wasn't already a thread for this (unless I'm blind) but I suppose we don't have any fans of either team on here.

Jets' fans booed the entire game any time a Coyotes player touched the puck, including Shane Doan. But apparently there was some sort of acknowledgement of Doan during a TV timeout in the 1st and they gave him a standing ovation. Obviously it was nothing personal against any of the players but simply directed towards the organization in general.

Those were symbolic boos really. Winnipeg hockey fans had been waiting to exercise that demon for 16 years, and got the chance to do it tonight. Maybe now that will finally give them closure and move on with the new era.
