I hate commenting on these things because a lot of times more info comes out and you look like a moron for your original knee jerk comments, but I read part of it and it seemed a little weak. Why go to such extent to include the Cowboys organization in such a matter? How could their "employees and officers", sans Jerry who is already personally named, have any intimate knowledge of the matter or any control over his personal actions and how could they be expected to supervise their boss who could in theory cause them financial harm if they were to attempt such a thing? Plus, most of what I got through is what I better be getting if I'm dropping a few grand at a strip club. Does appear to be a money grab at first glance, but who knows. If she is a stripper, She better hope he doesn't march out 20 or 30 guys that are willing to say she did the exact same things to them.

I think the leaked pics will doom her case. The pics show willing participants. Granted she "Took" the pics so maybe that's her angle. Odds are many others at that party support Jerry's side if it gets to a court. Come to think about didn't one person already attempt blackmail with these same pics. A good lawyer that Jerry can afford will tie her with the original guy trying to sell the pics to Jerry. If she's not careful she can end up with three meals and a cot.

Unless her attorney pulls a magic rabbit out of his ass, I don't see how he gets this to go anywhere given the fact the 5-year statute of limitations expired on a civil case like this.

But, that provision is meant (I'm assuming) for people who are out of the State for a longer period of time than just a guy traveling a lot. Ether way they are obviously looking for money and I guess this is the last chance if they could come to some kind of settlement. Doesn't she know Jerry isn't going to part with his cash without a fight?
