Comrie being a massive douche also makes him tough to cheer for.

This is the guy who is heir to a pretty significant fortune, who grew up an Oilers fan, and held out on them until they renegotiated his contract..... TWICE.

Lamp posts are too skinny and easy to miss for bank shots past the goalie...Now a fire hydrant, although shorter are also wider and obviously easier to piss on.

Penguins forward Mike Comrie underwent successful hip surgery and is expected to be sidelined for three-four months. The surgery was performed in Vail, Colorado by Dr. Mark Philopon.

Comrie had been in-and-out of the lineup since suffering the hip injury on Oct. 9 during the second game of the season against the Montreal Canadiens. He has missed the past 15 games due to the injury and was placed on injured reserve Dec. 10.

He will hardly be missed. There is enough talent around. Some fans didn't care for the "celebrity" hockey player around here anyway.... I wasn't one of those.
