I know I am going to talk up guys I like. My thinking last year when Dotson didn't show what we thought is he was misused and didn't get along with EB. Forbes made a couple of early mistakes and instead of being coached up he got benched.

Besides them why did Payne and Allen struggle at times last year? I think it was coaching.

As the below link says, DQ and staff can't replace everyone and some of these guys have contracts that don't allow you to just cut them. I am believing we'll see more positive play out of them this coming year.

I remember an article or two about Brooks being rough but promising last year. Since the old staff sucked at developing players I think the new staff will keep guys around they think they can work with. Seems like there was some buzz around Allen too.
