I have only seen parts of 2 games. A small sample, but I did not really notice Kadri. Is he doing anything to increase his trade value, errrr, maximize his next contract as he heads to RFA?

Eh. Better than last year, but that isn't saying much. He's probably still in the 50 pt range on a good team.

I'm guessing he'll re-sign and they'll see how he mixes with the youngsters next season. Leafs might wind up with 5+ rookies on opening day 2016 and they'll need someone like Kadri to bleed them in and take some of the heat off of them.

One thing that's been fantastic for this team so far has been Rielly and Gardiner. If the Leafs were to end up drafting Chychrun in June they could wind up with one of the best blue lines in the east, even if they are stuck with that dipshit for another 5 seasons.
