So it looks like it's 7 days of single room ball scratching for Mr. Dell. I had seen 14 days written so many times about this (about Dell specifically even) and hadn't looked into it because I honestly didn't care much but I had assumed that the 14 day quarantine was part of the CBA. But it looks like the 7 days that New Jersey requires is all that's necessary, which makes me wonder if a guy traded to the Panthers is available to play immediately?
