I for one think Canada is underserved by Leafs coverage as it is and it will be good for them to have another option to watch the behind the scenes of their favourite team.

Leaf stuff I'll post for my own record since Dragon is busy trying to get into Harvard and BGD is on strike.

-Keefe needs to not fuck around with the PP. There is no reason for Simmonds and Thornton to be on the PP1. Don't galaxy brain this shit.

-These lines aren't going to be here long and the sooner the better. Hyman needs to be with AM, Soup 1 preferably with JT. A Robertson-Kerfoot-Thornton third line would be preferable to any other combo. I know Vesey scored but I don't think he's going to be good enough long-term to justify not giving more minutes to the more talented (if raw) player, at least until the AHL starts up and he can get regular minutes against weaker opposition.

-I don't want Mitch Marner to shoot more or "find his shot" or whatever. He's an assist machine playing with a premier goalscorer. Do more of that.

-Muzzin needs a few games. Didn't make any mistakes but didn't look like Muzzin.

-I like the fourth line so long as Simmonds doesn't show up on PP1 anymore.

-The PK was bad. Part of that is maybe that the defenceman they "brought in to kill penalties" was in the box twice but they gave up two breakaways on one PP. That can't happen.

-Holl sucks, Bogosian sucks, I didn't notice Brodie so that's a good thing. I know they're sold on Holl so I won't pretend like there's a chance in hell of them getting rid of him or scratching him but Lehtonen should 100% draw in for Bogo tomorrow and Sandin should get a chance somewhere in the next week. Ideally if Holl has to stay in the lineup he should be on the third pairing. There isn't any metric, fancy stat or eye test that shows he's a top 4 guy.

-Andersen has basically a week to figure this shit out. 3 of the goals he could've done better, 2 he flat out should've stopped. I'm more excited to see Campbell Saturday than anything else.
