Money can't buy happiness, but it can buy bacon
Does anyone know if Al Cowlings was on the plane or now in the car?
There's $10.26 mil left. Don't have to move anything. Not sure how much money is left to sign Marner, but it certainly appears that the Leafs will have to move out some salary (likely via a trade or two) to get it done.

Leafs extend Alex Kerfoot. 4 years, $14 million total.

Cody Ceci signing should also be announced. 1 year, $4.5 million.

I guess we will see - Leafs are going to be right tight against the cap.
Can't really understand why Dubas had the knowledge that Ceci was going to arb which we could walk away from but decided to sign Ceci anyway though.
I really hope these people know something I don't about him.
No worries. Hyman and Dermot will be LTIR to start the year. And pretty certain AM34 will miss 10 or so games with something. That will free up a couple million lol
FUCKING DO IT!
Anything in the 4 pick range I have to assume they're taking the picks. He's a great player but the Leafs have neither the space nor the need for an overpaid winger right now.So at 12.5 do you match and move someone? Or just take the picks?
And if you are moving someone - what do you want for Nylander?

I'm yet to see a paper that went to an all-pay online format and not wind up slashing and burning half their staff in short order.
The system isn't working. Nobody wants to pay 8 different descriptions for 8 different services.
Remember when people didn't want to buy albums anymore and Apple came along and created iTunes and then eventually capitalized on subscription streaming and now musicians make money?Everytime I get paywalled from reading a story I want, I just google the story and get it elsewhere.
Funny how that didn't work out the same way.
