Apparently Kapanen's concussion dates back to the first game against Edmonton two weeks ago. He played 5 games after that.

I think the Leafs have probably done that more this season than any other team (I can remember at least 5 times Andersen has dislodged the net where I've thought it was on purpose) so, maybe not that JT?

On the plus side, with 20 goals I think Johnsson could've fired his way into Calder contention. No chance of winning it obviously, that's going to Binnington, but he might be able to get more votes than Dahlin to nab third.

Next two are Philly and Ottawa. Should be (and I emphasize should) winnable. Game in hand on BOS, and they have Columbus up next.

If CBJ would come through, TOR could be tied (in points) with BOS by Sunday morning and have second place via the ROW tiebreaker.

Really surprised me tbh. The Leafs (like a few other teams) just feel like they aren't firing on all cylinders despite their record.

Winning both games this weekend is pretty much a must if they want home ice. They're very lucky Boston finally took a stumble this week while they were getting beaten up by TB and Chicago.
