The Elvis era has officially begun. Prospect tourney and he gave up 2 on 36 shots. And made the above 10 bell save.

But what I noticed is the first one went in short side from down low. A common problem for goalies coming from Europe and bigger ice (they have to cheat more off the posts because the shooters have more space to change the angle). So he spent the next four whistles practicing sealing off the post and pushing off to meet point shots. His first comment after the game was he had fun but saw where the game is different and said he called Manny Legace straight away and said what he wanted to work on. When asked what that was he smiled and said "I won't say, because everyone will know."

Apparently him and his girlfriend even moved in next door to Manny. Guy not only thinks he can play, he really WANTS to make it.

FINAL: Blue Jackets earn third place in prospects tourney with OT win

Sexy Texy said at the end of the Boston series that he felt he got pushed around. So he spent the summer bulking up and working on being stronger on his skates. He also worked on learning the position of Center in the NHL.

He just finished the prospects tourney with 4g 2a and 2 OT winners.

And two guys who weren't really on the radar 3 months ago (Korostolev and Sokolov) had 5 points and 4 goals respectively playing with him.

Sokolov is 6'4" and 230.
