And here come the backhanded comments.

I think your boy wentz heard foot steps dean. If Wentz had TH guts and heart, he would be a good QB.

Nah, Wentz still wouldnt have the escapability and football smarts.

If he TH’s guys and heart, he’d still suck moose dong. Fuck that guy.

Long live TH, the greatest backup qb in the NFL.

Another victory, awesome win!
Defense played Taylor fairly well. Got gashed a few times. Held an illusive Effingler in check. TO's ultimately did the Colts in. TH should have been picked 2 if not 3 more times. Run game not so effective however, it seems when Gibson and Robinson are on the field together it gives the defense more to think about. Scott Turner did the team no favors today. Guy is an ass play caller, period. It is feeling more and more like another 11-16 draft pick again which hurts us.

Stole that game. Very important win. Heinicke running around throwing up 50/50 balls is not a recipe for sustained success. On the other hand he is very good off-script, has the locker room, and is 2-0 without Dotson.

Glad to see Gibson got his starting job back. Glad to see we have somewhat of a short yardage option in Robinson Jr. How anyone could entertain trading Gibson at this point is crazy.

Lucas, Larsen, and Norwell struggled. I actually thought Trai Turner was okay. I made it a point to watch him. I understand every now and then a delayed screen will work, but Scot needs to understand he presently has two guards who can't move. The screens are getting blown up because of that.

Glad to see Logan out there with no brace but that's not the Logan pre injury. Fingers crossed he rounds into shape.

McLaurin is a dog. Him and TH have chemistry and trust. Wentz seemed to lean on Samuel and Dotson. Cam flashed.

D line was good again. 99 on the way!

Jamin got beat on that pass play, but was so good today. Mayo almost got him one and Bostic didn't kill us.

Fuller got away with one. BSJ got cooked, but Curl was aggressive and Forrest put hat on ball.

Way had a great punt.

Scot has had better days.

You gotta let Heinicke play his way out of the lineup at this point. He has to look bad in two losses to the Vikings and Eagles while the defense was good enough to win in both games.

How big is this Vikings game? HTTR

Honestly another win that feels like a loss, and probably should’ve been. The Oline has got to get their shit together or no qb will work behind them

Accurate .... good observation about slow guards ... it is painful to watch them run. One play Norwell was in position to block but he couldn't move the one step to make the block.

That block threw on the screen (a wiff) was horrible. It actually went as a running play because TH threw it backwards. I think Terry might have been a bit deep on that one. Even so Heinicke threw the ball behind him.

There is no doubt TH is gamer but if defenses play him like Indy with a loaded box and almost everyone in within 10 yards of the LOS then OLine blocking is going to have to be a lot better. Wentz had the same problem, the difference is TH can move better.

Yeah, we don't beat Dallas playing like this. Gibson was the catalyst for our winning streak last year. Rivera is going to have to find a combination that works up front so we can run the ball.

Agreed, Wentz would have taken a bunch of sacks today, but I expect good teams to load the box on us with TH in there. We're in a tough spot. If only Wentz had TH's legs and heart and if only Heinicke had Wentz's height and arm.

true if #11 catches it they would have been at the 50 with a TO left. Defense came up big. How about Jamin Davis. what a stop
He would've easily and significantly gotten past the 50. The defense made some plays, but they gave up some plays as well. I would be a little shocked if the Skins def didn't lead the league in giving up plays of 20+ yards. They gave up 5 today. And while they've lbeen ucky at times when it comes to stopping opponents from scoring TDs. They've made some big plays down at the goal line as well. That said, They've got 2 serious tests coming up in Minn Philly. And for all his moxie n never give up. Taylor's gonna have to play the next 2 weeks than he did in his first 2 weeks. That goes for the OL as well..

We focus on shit that didn’t happen , fact is he had one int , the woulda coulda shoulda means nothing except maybe in a film room

now I don’t see us winning the next 2 games no matter who The qb woulda , coulda , shoulda been ,

our TEAM isn’t good enough , our COACHING isn’t good enough and what will happen is falco will have to do too much and he will make mistakes because Falco is a limited qb and is a career BU not the answer

but we have guys on this board who can’t see the tree for the forest

we need a qb

I agree with this as well, though I hope that this win over the Colts is a “season changing” kind of game.

It could be, you know. The defense is playing better (not great), and TH remains as resilient as ever, overcoming awful ints with creative wizardry leading to two wins. He has a winning record as a qb.

It could be a game in whcih the defense finds its identity as a run stopping bend but dont break force.

It could be that the team realizes that Robinson right now is a glorified short yardage back, and that AG is as dangerous a pass catching weapon as anyone else - a mismatch for lbs (too fast) and smaller cb’s (too strong).

Geno Smith looks legit in Seattle. Tannenhill didnt get going until he got to Tennessee.

Stranger things have happened.

I am begining to think the 49ers and falcons games will be harder than we thought. I had those as wins, but now I am not sure. San Fran is rolling with CM. I still have us at 7 or 8 wins...but leaning toward 8.
I think the losses are to minny, Philly, Dallas nyg and 49ers. I am think wins are nyg (split), Hou, cle and ATL.

I could be completely wrong and have it backwards. It's been a weird season.

Agreed and btw, Trai Turner still sucks! Play Leno, Norwell, Larsen, Cosmi and Lucas moving forward. If Norwell continues to struggle use Wes S.

If you notice, the good teams went out and fortified their roster with McCaffery's, Quinn's etc... What did we do to get better besides insert backup QB for hurt starter?

I dont think we’re a good team, and I certainly dont think we’re a good enough team to be trading draft picks for any one particular player.

The Niners division sucks in general, so there’s no reason for them to not go for it this year.

The Eagles are obviously strong this year, and their GM is not trigger shy to begin with. They’re the only undefeated team left, and have a win against all divisional opponents I think.

The Ravens have a chance to be great too, with the steelers having a very uncharacteristic crappy season, and the Bengals taking a step bwckwards too.

I’d much rather the commanders have traded a player or two for draft picks then spend assests they cant afford to lose for one player who won’t make or break their season anyway.
