also that depends because some conferences count BYU as P5 and Oregon has them and UGA in the same year, 22No. Isn't Oregon two non-P5 teams every single year except for 2024 when you play @ Hawaii and have three non-P5 teams scheduled?
The only time Clemson has more than the same number of non-P5 OOC games scheduled is 2021 because the ACC screwed us in the rotation with the Parasites by scheduling three games in four years and we were unable to find a P5 willing to come play @ Clemson in 2021 in exchange for a return game in 2024. It worked out OK for us in the end because it allowed us to schedule the game vs Georgia in Atlanta in 2024, but 2021 will be the first time since 2009 we haven't played two P5 teams OOC.
but were 1-1 in 17 and lost both in 16 by a combined 25.

Three of the P5 conferences disagree with you.None of that changes the fact that BYU is not a Power 5 team.
Rutgers was going bowling on a continuous basis when that series was inked not to mention UW had to fill spots when Wiscy pussied out.
Wisconsin backs out of home-and-home with Washington
If you are in a race with someone and they take a shotgun and blow off their foot, do you ask for the shotgun so you can shot yourself so it will be fair?

We aren't. We play eight teams from our conference every year.
Oh?There are 14 teams in your conference. You don't play almost half of them every year.
Still doesn't change the fact that BYU is not a P5 team.
Yep, they're considered P5 equivalent. They're not. Thanks to the Legislature we are saddled with them Every. Fucking. Year. (almost, dropped them for the home and home with Michigan for two years). This leaves us with two OOC games. Another vs a G5 and an FCS school is what we do. ***sigh***Still doesn't change the fact that BYU is not a P5 team.
Oh?
