I just watched Kerry Fraser on TSN and they discussed the first Avs goal, he agreed with the call that Wes Macualey made, you don't see it in the gif, but Koivu gave a slash to McGinm which caused him to lose his balance and bump into Kuemper. Thus, a play by a defender caused McGinn to stumble and bump Kuemper, thus no interference.

Not sure if I agree, but that's what Fraser said.
