Please, he puts a couple 4th liners on the ice with :30 left after Minny scores 2 empty netters. I'd much rather have them out there than Duchene or Mackinnon. Mop up time. Big deal.

What a game.

Wild dictated the play early on and got the fast two goal lead. Then with a chance to really drop the hammer they had an awful 5-3 that lead to a goal. Avs finished the period strong.

Second period was mostly all Avs. Wild didn't play too bad, the Avs were just great that period.

Starting the 3rd I was nervous but the Wild came out better. Both teams had some chances for first 10 or so minutes then the Wild really brought the pressure and I felt it was a matter of time. Parise got the goal and finally were able to get some empty netters!!!

Game 7 is going to be crazy!!!

Just finished watching my tape of the game. My heart sank when Minny blew yet another lead, but I was very happy about how they rebounded in the 3rd.

Come on, boys: Let's make it to Round Two this year!

I was pretty much expecting a Game 7 before last night's game even started, then when the Wild scored two 1st period goals and go on a 5 on 3, I was sure of a 7th game. I was happy with how Colorado battled back to get it even, but the 3rd period was pathetic only getting 3 shots on goal.

In the end, I feel like we let the game slip away. I don't understand how you can have such a good 2nd period and then play like we did in the 3rd...

Game 7 should be great and I see a big win for the Avs.
