I gotta believe SJ, if three or more SEC teams are in the Selections Committee's top 4, like the AP has right now, there will be a huge revolt in CFB!

Boycotts for sure!

Ole Miss can still move up as a one loss team in the AP unless there is some natural attrition between the top 4 SEC schools. Haven't looked into it that deep yet.

But I expect Mississippi St. to fall down the stretch.

I have my eye on him Vita.. He's a beast.

Sammie Coates from Auburn too. But I think we are ok at WR. This class has a couple really good WR's and then it drops off. Not as deep as last year.

We need a stud LB, always can use another O-lineman that we don't need to switch positions on. And a QB. I actually have a weird feeling if we end up with 5 wins give or take, we could end up with Jameis.. But then again, he may go top 5.

Tampa will probably get Marriotta. The question is will Oakland take a QB? Minnesota? Tennessee? Jets?

Hell I would sign Jake Locker if the Titans don't want him, IF we can't get a top QB. This class is loaded with QBs.

Gotta think Oakland and Minnesota are set for at least a few years. Tennessee and the Jets could be in play though. Locker and Geno have underwhelmed to say the least.

shop,

I would take Locker for a 4th/5th rounder IF we can't get who want in the 2015 draft. That's all I'm saying.

And many Titans fans are more fed up with Whisenhunt than they are with Locker.

Geno I wouldn't touch.

I know one thing, we need a new C. I'm tired of seeing Scott Wells being pushed 5 yards south of his ass on every pass play.

Yeah I agree. Hopefully they are smart enough to find a good one in the 3rd round.

Geno is so bad he makes Sanchez look like an all pro. Thank heaven we don't have the dysfunctional FO the Jets have. Just seen another article that the Jets fans spent $10,000 to get rid of their GM John Idzik. Maybe before they get rid of him we can talk him into stealing back Shottenheimer from us..............one can dream can't one. Nobody else is dumb enough to take him, and we're just dumb enough to keep him.

I don't see Locker as a true starting QB; ideally he would be a back-up. Pretty erratic with his control.

What bums me out is I thought we already found one in Barret Jones. But they wont let the kid play. I dunno, sometimes I think the Rams hold themselves back.

I would agree there's some kind of weird depth chart on the Rams. Bailey, Mason and do we know what B Jones from Alabama can do on the oline?

Like I said, I would give up a fourth round pick for locker. Just for the sake of the talent he has. Drafted by the angels... And he's definitely got some work to do, but I would make that move.

He could very well be available with the Titans starting Mettenberger now.

Junkie, do you think Fisher may have some reservations picking Jameis due some very *uncanny similarities to Vince Young? :noidea:

*Duel threat
*Knuckle head
*Plays on a talented team heads above their conference
*Success based on talent rather than student of the game?

Not saying all of those are 100% true, rather more of the perception.

To me, Jalen Strong is the best WR in the 2015 draft class. The guy is big & is a beast. He is still a little raw & needs to polish his route running, but he can go get the ball with the best of them. He is JC transfer with only a season & half of major college experience. There is a lot of room for him to grow.

He reminds me of a better Kelvin Benjamin, who was drafted out of FSU in the last draft.
