Even this story wasn’t what it was made out to be.

Doesn't matter the truth anymore ... As long as they say it they can run with it
Look at how much mileage they got out of a picture of a guy who picked up a goose that had been hit by a car.

I wonder if that barber had had months of bills at 15 grand and never bothered to ask why, or if his "Under Biden and Harris" increase was just last month? Either way...

The Bank of Canada is out of control...

Nice that they will be making it easier for all the Trump Supporters who are going to move there to buy a house.

I don’t even know what is good and what is bad anymore. I’m gonna need a mortgage renewal soon is the variable gonna drop down to fixed levels again at this rate?

My daughter and her fiance just bought a place in Langford with a rate of 4.6% for five years - Hopefully you can get a rate at 4% or even less BBB :thumb:

I usually try to avoid going fixed because I have a history of suddenly deciding I hate everything and uprooting my life and break fees are nasty work.

I locked in my current one after about a year as things ballooned but no idea wtf to do going forward.

/except move to the island. Seems like everybody’s doing it these days. Traffic gonna be worse than Vancouver pretty soon at this rate of growth though.
