1 - Disney is probably the most fooked up and ruthless company that delves in family entertainment
2 - He is suing Disney for a sum in excess of $50,000 plus legal costs. that is what his wifes death is worth. $50,000 .. WTF...
3 - Why Disney just doesn't pay that $50K and set precedent is beyond me. That is an absolute steal

I assume the term "amount in excess of $50,000" is just for legal classification purposes, and the jury would decide the actual amount.
