I was watching some news edit of Biden’s campaign 4 years ago and it’s like you’re watching an entirely different person. Whatever spark that was there at that time is completely gone.

I do think the purpose of pieces like this are so his media team (and that of the party at large) do maybe find a way to send the message to him that the good of the country may depend on him making an early exit. I think it will fall on deaf ears to be honest but that may be the plan here.

I have noticed that Kamala Harris has suddenly starting showing up more and more after 3 years of practical invisibility. Probably to judge public reaction to her. I would expect more and more public moments/auditions for people like Corey Booker, Gavin Newsome and Hakeem Jeffries before they decide if Biden is going to retire himself.

Tough spot for Dems to be in to gain undecideds. But the notion of undecided is insane to me. I would vote for a Nestle Crunch wrapper with a D next to it's name before I'd even consider anyone in the spotlight on the Republican side. I might listen to Kinzinger or Buck. Other than that, pretty much nah.

On the other hand I saw a report where every muslin American they interviewed, all voted for Biden in 2020 said they will not vote for him in 2024. Seriously shows how bad this is if they are willing to punch themselves in the dick over what is going on right now.
