There needs to be danger in the endzone. It's the ultimate spot on the field. You can get a safety, a touchdown or a touchback. The touchback adds to the risk/reward aspect of the endzone.

The danger is, if the defense recovers then tb

I have no problem with the rule, but I see them taking a looooong look at it.

Another change they can do, is since they review all turnovers, they should be able to review if a penalty caused the turnover.

I'd rather see a touchback only if the defensive clearly recovers in endzone... If the offense fumbles it OOB's into the EZ, then they would resume possession at the 20 yard line...
