That actually makes perfect sense. I can get on board with this.

This. Cleveland's moving the ball well they just had a tough break on their last drive. The Chiefs have to respect the Browns offense or they'll get right back in it.

I'm against that rule in principle. Though usually it happens when the guy reaching out the ball loses control. In this case, the Defensive player made a really nice play.

But still against it. It should come back to the spot of the fumble.

There needs to be danger in the endzone. It's the ultimate spot on the field. You can get a safety, a touchdown or a touchback. The touchback adds to the risk/reward aspect of the endzone.
