They have been together on the ballot since the beginning. Originally in the 60’s the concept was for a rolling roof that would cover both stadiums. Never happened though. That’s the reason they are literally next to each other though. And honestly the Royals proposal was 10x more interesting than the Chiefs, even if still also bad.
