I'm picking Philly. Cutler's as clutch as Tony Romo.

Not really

I am not even sure it means anything to Philadelphia.

And with Green Bay/Detroit losing it means slightly less for Chicago.

We might see Philly rest their starters at halftime or not even play at all.

I guess it could mean future seeding for Philly.

Technically if they lie down and give Chicago the #3 seed it could mean a different venue for the NFC title game possibly.....

But, Chicago would have the same dilemma in a meaningless game vs. GB the following week.

It is probably not worth risking guys like LeSean McCoy for the #3 vs #4 seed.

Coach Kelly would be barbecued if somehow an Eagle star player got hurt tonight.

He would (rightfully so) be more barbecued deliberately throwing a game away.

There is nothing wrong with playing backups.

That is not deliberately losing. You can still play to win, but you don't risk star players.

It seems like an insanely huge risk to play starters for the sake of one seeding notch IF they make the playoffs.

They need to make the playoffs first....They don't need to worry about seeding first.

If they lose a good player, that might cost them the Dallas game.

They are essentially getting a free "bye week" to prepare for the biggest game of the season.

Besides seeding, there are still playoff implications for Philly. There is a remote chance Dallas/Philly TIE next week, and a Philly Win or Loss this week would determine who wins the division.

Yes, there is. The only way even considering resting starters is acceptable is if a playoff berth is guaranteed. Even then anyone healthy getting benched is unacceptable in my mind. You play to win.

Philly rolls right down the field, after Lol Cutler's sack. 7-0.

Pretty impressive first drive by Philly. Can't help but wonder if Foles predeliction for running right now isn't gonna give Eagle fans a scare at some point in the game.

Eagles looking to put this one away in the 1st quarter? lol They might just get the best of both worlds.. a win and a chance to let some of their bench play.

GOOOO EAGLES.

Packers will beat the Bears next week. Rodgers will come back for the playoffs and another magical Green Bay run will ensue.
