Young is a very good player but his motor runs hot and cold. He'll need the right coaching to realize his potential, which frankly he's never come close to realizing in the NFL to date. His best season, his rookie year, he had 7.5 sacks. I actually think the compensation was fair in this case. But it shows you how much a team like Seattle overpaid the day before.

How far out can you project fhose comp picks? Why not trade a comp pick in the year 2026 for an olineman?

I don't know, but typically it would be at the end of a normal round when comp picks are plugged in, so it's like an early 4th in reality.
