Seriously, I am not a football fan, but I am happy for the fans in Los Angeles. I do think, however the Raiders to Los Angeles would have been a better move and one hell of a lot more interesting though.
I got to go to Needles next week. I think I can smell a casino or two in LaughlinI want the Raiders to go to Las Vegas. Usually make it once a year.......this would give me a reason to make it 2-3 times a year.
Still don't get how any NFL owners can think this is a good idea, LA is not gonna support 2 teams. The Raiders will probably be more popular than both the Rams and Chargers. The fanbase in SD might not have been big but there were plenty of loyal fans who went to games and supported the team despite their owner being a scumbag. Gonna lose a big number of those loyal fans from San Diego and be LA's 3rd favorite NFL team, their 4th or 5th favorite football team when you throw in CFB, and maybe crack the top 10 of favorite sports teams in LA when you combine all the pro and college teams there. Good move, assholes.Pretty much what everyone at my office is saying.

I don't root for LA teams. Fuck LA and Fuck Dean Spanos.
There is always something interesting happening like free chases, fires in the summer, rains and mudslides in the winter, accidents left and right when it rains at all. Then you have these fun earthquakes, water droughts and we have a democratic governor who is cutting spending. It's like living in an alternate reality - What's not to love. Oh yeah, I forgot about the smog, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Magic Mountain.Come on man, we're nice out here.
I hope it crashes and burns for that piece of shit, though it would have been nice to see him sell the team before screwing over San Diego.Sucks man, condolences. On the bright side, depending how the league collects the $500+ million in relocation fees, it could very well precipitate the end of Spanos' ownership. Its been reported Spanos family is worth about $500mil (outside of the Chargers) or so - they may have trouble with payroll soon.
Strange comment coming from a Niner fan.Who are the Chargers? Is that a sports team?
Strange comment coming from a Niner fan.
We're not talking about a Super Bowl that was won 22 years ago.
Strange comment from a fan of a team who give the Niners their only 2 wins of the season.
But I know who the Rams are.
