Ohio State bailed them out. If you want to point fingers.

Point at Wade for leading with the crown of his helmet. Getting ejected and giving Clemson life in the 1st half.

Point at the guy who ran over the punter of Clemson and extended a Clemson drive.

Point at Chase Young for disappearing in the game.

Point at the offense for failing to score a TD in the red zone 3 times in the first half when they could have put the game away.

Point at Dobbins for dropping that screen pass that likely would have been a TD.

Point at Olave for running the wrong pattern on the last interception.

Some OSU fans keep looking for someone else to blame, but they made mental mistakes they didn’t make all year long, in the biggest stage of their lives.

OSU looked like the better team, but Clemson looked like the team who had been there before.

At least you admit Clemson got gift wrapped the game in some way. Ohio State absolutely shot themselves in the foot. The questionable calls definitely didn’t help though.

I had no dog in the fight last night. I just wanted to watch the game because it was the best matchup all year.

I’m a Michigan fan, so obviously, I’m not a fan of OSU, but I picked them to win. I thought OSU and LSU were the two best teams this year.

I still think OSU was the better team last night, but OSU made too many mental mistakes.

The drop by Dobbins on the screen, most likely cost you a TD and instead you kicked a FG. (-4 pts)

The targeting call, instead of 4th and 15. 1st down Clemson and they go on to score a TD. (-7 pts)

The roughing the kicker on the punt. Instead of OSU ball with great field position — It extends the drive and Clemson scores a TD. (-7 pts)

Final drive — Olave is supposed to run a post — Fields throws it where Olave is supposed to be, but Olave broke the route off. Easy interception for Clemson.

OSU couldn’t get out of their own way last night. Something you never saw happen this year.

I may not like OSU, because of my allegiance to UM. But I can respect the level they have reached with their football team.

To me, Clemson won the game, but the better team was OSU. Too many mental mistakes by the team and they gave Clemson way too many 2nd chances. You can’t do that against other elite teams.
