TCU should play Baylor in their bowl game.
To decide the one true champion
TCU should play Baylor in their bowl game.
I also think they should take the top 8 teams and have them play in a playoff format.
Ohio St is a scary team. They got the playoffs rightSo now we give an sec another patsy in the post season. And the band played on.
Sec. Vs. Chokehio State. Again. Awesome choice, committee. Because sec.

Baylor's OOC schedule was pathetic
SMU (1-11)
Northwestern St (FCS)
Buffalo (5-6)
OSU looked like the best team of the 3. It's that simple. They are picking the TOP 4 TEAMS. WTF don't people understand about that. Everyone is stuck on the mindset of the oldsystem. Idiots like Joey Galloway don't help public knowledge either.
TCU did not have much control over their schedule concerning Iowa State, any more than any conference team has control over playing the last place team in their league.THIS ^^^ TCU played a cupcake their last game and it hurt them Iowa st lost to north dakota st (Div 2) and badly
Exactly......everybody should play by the same set of rules.
College football is weakened when the conferences are not on the same page together.
Consistency folks........consistency.
i like that idea with automatic bids for conference champions.
I think most of us agree that, ultimately the committee got it right, but the way they got there was pretty screwed up.
A buddy of mine nailed it last night when he said that the smartest person on the committee was Archie Manning. He saw this coming and said "screw it, this looks like a good time to have that medical procedure that I've been putting of".
They dropped three places after a 55-3 win. That's hard to explain. That basically means that all of the previous rankings out of the Committee were meaningless. If that's the case, don't make them. Just pick your teams after the Conference Championships.
In the end they did get it right, but the absolute dumbest thing they could have done was release rankings before today. Had they not done that no one would even bat an eye at these choices.
