Ohio St was a little tougher but pretty negligible. Nothing definitive.

That is fine, but if SOS is the guideline, why is OSU 4th? They have a tougher schedule, than Oregon. If I am an AD, I am not sure what to make of the committee

I looked at Colley, which is record based. Start using the other computer SOS and OSU is not above TCU

Congrats on picking the one computer that justifies your goofball opinions. Look at all of them collectively, and Oregon and Ohio State are well above the BigXII schools.

Congrats to the teams that got in. I'm not surprised in the least by the teams but am pleasantly surprised that the committee didn't seed based on game locations.

Colley had OSU higher than The big 12, FSU, and Oregon. It is one of the few that publishes its formula, so I like to use it. It was part of the BCS. I don't like to use polls that don't publish the formula, because than I am just spouting out information that I have 0 understanding about

Well, I dunno either then, but I can tell you they aired it on network (ESPN, CBS, whatever I was watching). Others saw it also and have said such ... I'm not making it up.

So going by this the average SOS was TCU: 47.6 OSU: 40.4 Baylor: 58.4. Looking at the median it was TCU 42, Baylor 59, and OSU 44.. Colley is the major outlier here. THrow out Colley and the average is TCU 41.75, Baylor 57.5, and 45.5 for OSU. LIke I said, I dont think SOS is a legitimate reason for the decision.

Patterson is probably used to the treatment. TCU got snubbed a lot when they were in the MWC, so he has a pretty good idea how to react to it...that and Briles is just douchier than Patterson.
